Return and refund policy

Returns:

  • All returns must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization number (RA).
  2. Package the item securely and include the RA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.
  4. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt.   
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and processing a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet our return policy conditions.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
